What the days look like

Day 1 – Arrival and settle. Driver grabs you from Naples, winds up those crazy switchbacks, villa doors swing open to a welcome spread of fresh mozzarella and chilled prosecco. Quick sunset yoga on the terrace to shake off travel stiffness.
Day 2 – Morning flow yoga facing the water, then breakfast on the lower deck, think ricotta pancakes with lemon zest. Afternoon boat hops to a hidden cove only locals use, pack a picnic, swim till your fingers prune.
Day 3 – Private chef does a pasta masterclass, you roll out squid-ink tagliatelle while sipping something crisp. Evening is free, maybe wander down to Positano for gelato or stay put with a book and that infinity pool glow.
Day 4 – Early hike along the Path of the Gods, light pace, stops for photos and wild herbs. Back by lunch, siesta, then sound bath session in the villa’s cave room, weirdly calming.
Day 5 – Full day on the water, captain takes you to fjord-like inlets, snorkel gear provided. Lunch anchored off a tiny beach, grilled octopus and fennel salad. Sunset return with aperitivo on deck.
Day 6 – Wellness deep dive: massage with local olive oil, then a slow cooking dinner where you plate your own burrata caprese. Last night stargazing, blankets, limoncello, no light pollution.
Day 7 – Gentle morning yoga, big farewell breakfast, driver takes you back to reality, or extends the dream if you ask nice.

Why it works
No schedules shoved down your throat, just enough structure to feel pampered but zero pressure. The chef asks what you crave, the skipper knows secret swim spots, the yoga teacher adjusts flows to how your body feels that day. Its care wrapped in vacation, basically.
Book it and the real world can wait a week.
