Booking and Payment
A deposit locks the door; full payment sixty days before arrival seals it. Prices stand plain on the page, covering villa, meals, local guides, and transfers. Flights, insurance, and personal treasures remain your responsibility. We accept major cards through an encrypted tunnel; cash or checks are welcome only if arranged in advance.
Guest Conduct
The retreat is private, the land is borrowed. Leave no trace beyond footprints in the sand or gratitude in the guestbook. Loud music after midnight disturbs the stars; open flames outside designated pits court disaster. Local laws apply as firmly as gravity.
Health and Safety
You arrive fit to travel, free of symptoms that could strand the group. We supply first-aid kits, emergency contacts, and guides trained in wilderness response. You promise to follow their lead when the trail narrows or the sea turns restless.
Liability
We scout every path, taste every dish, test every boat. Still, mountains shift, weather laughs, and human error hides in the margins. Cuvare carries insurance for the villa and staff; you carry your own for body and belongings. We are not responsible for lost sunsets or delayed flights.
Photography and Stories
Images of the retreat may appear in future whispers to new guests. Your face stays blurred unless you sign a release. Share your own photos freely; tag us if the spirit moves you.
Changes by Us
A sudden landslide or a global sigh may close a door. We notify instantly, refund fully, and offer the next open villa at the same rate or better. No penalties, no hard feelings.
Changes by You
Shift dates once without charge if the villa agrees. Cancel early and the refund policy unfolds. Arrive late or leave early, the unused nights stay with the house.
Governing Law
Hawaii sun warms these pages; Hawaii courts settle any storm. Disputes begin with conversation, escalate only when words fail.
Severability
If one clause cracks, the rest stand firm. The villa door still opens.
